I just created my signature under Preferences > Signature. Might want to make the signature name something unique as well. You may also want to shy away from spaces, as I’m not sure if it escapes them in the names or not. Make sure that the case is correct, as it is case sensitive. Your path is in (Draft > Signatures > Standard) – did you save your signature in a folder somewhere or a draft of an email? I entered the exact name of one of my saved signatures as the shortcut and it didn’t work. Thanks so much for posting and notifying us about this tool! I have a question. Good post! After setting up my signature in Outlook, I went to System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts.What it does is basically give you the ability to set keyboard shortcuts for any application, and manage them all via system preferences: Mac keyboard shortcuts menu. This is a pretty awesome tool on the mac, that seems glaringly absent from windows. A quick google search, and I found a solution: Application Shortcuts. This was definitely a problem that needed a fix. This is pretty important to me, since I’m frequently getting myself into pretty deep email chains, and I don’t want my email and phone number on all 75 emails in them. One thing I immediately noticed was missing, however, was the ability to setup signatures to not show on any replies and forwards. Creating Keyboard Shortcuts in Outlook for Mac So I finally got Outlook for Mac at work this week, and I really like it so far.
